Krups was started in 1846 to make scales. In 1961 it introduced the Krups coffee makers. It had sold coffee grinders since 1956. Today, it is now a global company that markets blenders, coffee grinders, espresso machines, toasters, toaster ovens and other small kitchen appliances.




The FMF5 is a 10 cup stainless steel thermal carafe. It has an automatic shut off timer, pause and serve feature. A clock allows you to set the time when you like your coffee. A built in water filter system provides a better tasting coffee. Price is about $129.

The FME4 is a 12 cup coffee maker with the following features:
1. Clock to set the start of the brew cycle.
2. Programmable shut off timer.
3. Built in water filter system.
4. Pause and serve feature.
Price is about $100.

The KP1010 is a pod machine that can brew coffee for 2 cups or one 18 oz travel mug. It brews a cup of coffee in about 1 minute with little clean up. It has a built in water filter system. Price is about $119.
