The Krups company was started in 1846 to manufacture scales. Krups coffee grinders were added to the product line in 1956 and were very successful in the first year of marketing. Since then, a wide range of household appliances were introduced. These appliances include coffee machines, electric kettles, toaster ovens and waffle makers.



The Krups Burr Coffee grinder is a wheel burr milling system with 17 levels of grinding. It allows to grind the beans from fine to coarse. The bean hopper can hold up to 8 oz of beans and the ground coffee container can hold 8 oz ground coffee. It has a quantity selector for 2-12 cups. The burr grinder and the bottom container can be removed for cleaning. Price is about $60.

The Krups Blade Coffee Grinder has a strong motor, which quickly grinds beans from coarse to fine. It holds ground coffee for up to 12 cups. The blades are made of stainless steel. It can also be used to grind dry spices like cinnamon and pepper. Price is about $20.
