An iced Cappuccino in the Summer
In the summer, an iced cappuccino is an excellent drink for coffee lovers. There are many recipes available:
1. Blend for about 10 seconds: 1/2 ounce chopped ice 2 ounces Kahlua coffee liquor 5 ounces cool, strong coffee 1 ounce
half and half cream 2 teaspoons of sugar Pour over 2-3 ice cubes in a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with
ground cinnamon, if desired.
2. Dissolve one envelope of coffee cappuccino mix in 1/4 cup of hot water in a tall glass. Stir in 1/4 cup cold water.
Serve over ice cubes in a tall glass.
3. Blend 2/3 cup of chocolate syrup and two cups of cold coffee. Then add fat free vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth.
Serve over ice cubes and top with fat free whipped cream. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if desired. Makes about six cups.
4. Combine the following ingredients in a blender to get an instant cappuccino:
1 teaspoon instant coffee
4 tablespoons of cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 chopped ice cubes
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons of sugar or sugar free sweetener
Blend until smooth and frothy.
