Zassenhaus was started in 1867 making small tools. In 1925 Zassenhaus hand coffee grinders were added. These are high quality grinders made from fine hardwood. The grinder is made from select hardwood with walnut finish. The burr grinder mechanism is made from hardened steel. Grind can be set for fine or coarse. Price is about $60.

Zassenhaus 175M Turkish Coffee Grinder
It features an adjustable grinding mechanism which can make extra fine ground coffee for Turkish coffee brewing. The housing, the crank and the knob are solid brass. Price is about $80.

Bodum Manual Burr Grinder
The grinder is made of stainless steel and plastic. The bean coffee container can hold beans for 8 cups of coffee. Price is about $30-60.
