Folgers Coffee in
many Varieties



Folgers Coffee was started in 1872 when James Folger bought the Pioneer Steam Coffee and Spice Mills Company and renamed the company J.A. Folger & Co. In the 1900s Folger & Co. experienced substantial growth. In 1963 the Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) acquired the company. The company continued to grow and is now America's number one coffee brand.

Folgers Coffee offers a variety of blends:

1. Whole Bean
The following versions are available:
a.) Classic Supreme
b.) Classic Supreme Decaf
c.) 100% Colombian
d.) French Roast


2. Ground
Ground coffee is available in these blends:
a.) Classic is made from Mountain Grown beans, which provide a rich and great aroma taste. It also comes in a decaffeinated version and in a blend with half the caffeine.
b.) The Coffeehouse Series comes in various blends. The Breakfast blend is smooth and mild. The 100% Colombian blend is a medium dark roast. The French roast is also a medium dark version which provides a hearty, robust cup of coffee. The Gourmet Supreme is a dark roast that has a smooth and rich taste. It is also available in a decaffeinated version.
c.) The new coffee blend Simply Smooth is made from specially selected beans that are roasted to reduce certain irritants. This coffee is gentle on your stomach. It is also available in a decaffeinated version.
d.) Ground coffee Flavors are available in chocolate silk, Cinnamon Swirl, French Vanilla, Hazelnut and Hazelnut Decaf.

3. Instant coffee is available in Classic Roast and Singles. Singles are made using a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans and concentrated coffee.

4. Cafe Coffees
Make lattes and creamy cappuccinos in a few minutes. Just pour hot water over latte powder. Use two scoops of latte for a standard cup. For cappuccino use three teaspoons of cappuccino mix with hot water.

5. Coffee Pods are available for classic roast, cappuccino and vanilla latte.
