There are over 100 types of flavored coffee brands available. If you have trouble deciding which flavor to choose, try some samples. You can buy sampler bags that have 1/2 lb bags of several flavors. One pound costs about $10. A 5 lb bag cost about $27-30.

Coffee can also be flavored by adding flavorings to whole beans. The most common categories of flavored whole beans are:

1. Chocolate based flavors
2. Vanilla based flavors like hazelnut and Irish creme
3. Fruit based flavors like raspberry
4. Spice based flavors like cinnamon

You can also use coffee syrups. It is similar to chocolate syrup, but with a coffee flavor. The best known brands are Coffee Time, Autocrat and Eclipse. Coffee Time and Eclipse are now both owned by Autocrat Coffee. Other brands are Monin, Da Vinci, Dolce and Senza.

Coffee syrup is the main ingredient in coffee milk. If you are concerned about your diet, you can choose coffee syrup from sugar free recipes.

Coffee syrup in 750 ml bottles cost about $6. A 12 oz. bottle Coffee Time syrup costs about $18.
