Basic brewing procedure: 1. Fill water chamber to the MAX mark, insert filter and fill with fine ground coffee. Tighten top and place the espresso maker on the stovetop. 2. Steam pressure forces its way through the coffee grounds and deposits the brew in the upper chamber. A safety valve regulates the steam pressure. 3. After use, unscrew the espresso maker and place every part in the dishwasher or wash the parts by hand. Allow to dry before reassembling. The steam extraction produces a rich espresso. You can serve it in a few minutes.
