Simple to use
Bialetti Stovetop Espresso Maker

The 6 cup Bialetti stovetop espresso maker is an octagon shaped, polished aluminum coffee pot. It makes six 2 ounce espresso cups of coffee in 4-5 minutes. Price is about $20-40.

Features include:
1. Flip-up top with an easy grip knob
2. Stay cool plastic handle
3. Side pour out

The pot is simple to use. Fill the lower chamber with water and the top filter with fine ground coffee. Screw the upper section tightly on the base.

Place the pot on the stove and heat to boiling. A pressurized process forces the boiling water up the funnel through the coffee powder and into the upper chamber where the coffee is collected. When the lower chamber is almost empty, remove the pot from the heat. The espresso is ready to pour into cups and serve.

Bialetti was established in Italy in 1933. It introduced the Moka Express aluminum stovetop brewer. This simple machine can be found in almost 90% of Italian households. The company expanded its product line to include non stick aluminum cookware.
