Flavor is added to the beans after they have been roasted and before they are ground. A wide choice of flavors is available. Popular flavors are vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate, apple and cinnamon.
Arabica beans are frequently used for creating a quality flavored coffee. The beans are milder than Robusta beans.
