Features of the 1.3 liter model include:
1. The machine is constructed with corrosion resistant aluminum and finished with a resistant enamel paint.
2. The brass boiler has two thermostats that control the temperature for espresso and steam. A third thermostat monitors the boiler. It protects the boiler from overheating if the machine is unattended for long periods.
3. The polished stainless steel drip pan and chrome plated steel cup tray are easy to remove and clean. The scratch resistant cup warming surface lets you keep your espresso cups warm.
4. A strong water pump forces water through the coffee ground to extract full flavor.
5. The 48 oz water tank is removable and has a water level indicator.
Ascaso was established in 1962 in Spain where the machines are assembled.
